As a Direct Mail Agency we ship several packages to our clients and suppliers on a daily basis. All phone calls made to Durham-Metro Courier dispatch personnel has a friendly courteous helpful voice. The courier drivers are friendly and well groomed, the deliveries are always done in a fast and efficient way. A recent situation on a Friday at 3:30pm a call was made to DMC to have a package picked up and delivered downtown Toronto for the end of the work day. Weather was not on our side, you can imagine what traffic was like. With disbelief the package was delivered to the client on time.
