DMC provides reliable courier services within Southern Ontario, concentrating on the Greater Toronto Area. Professional drivers in cars and vans will get your packages and van loads to their destinations when you need them there. Courteous office staff are quick and efficient when placing or tracking orders. We have 8 different services to accomodate your company's needs.
Core Services:
1 Hour | Our premium service/pick up and delivery within 1 hour. |
1.5 Hour | Direct Service/pick up and delivery within 90 minutes. |
2.5 Hour | Rush Service/pick up and delivery within 2 1/2 hours. |
4 Hour | Pick up and delivery within 4 hours. |
Same Day (basic) | Basic Same Day/pick up and delivery within the sameday/must be called in before noon. |
Overnight by 10am | Picked up and delivered any time between time ordered and next day by 10am. |
Overnight by 12pm noon | Picked up and delivered any time between time ordered and next day by noon. |
Overnight by 5pm | Basic overnight service/picked up and delivered any time between time ordered and next day by 5pm. |
New Overnight Services:
Overnight Canada | Most major points in Canada; call office to get a quote. |
Overnight Worldwide | Competitive rates; call the office for a quote. |
Other Services:
- Out of Town Rates: call office for details, we will go virtually anywhere!
- Rush Service: available after 3 pm; premium may apply.
- Special Skid Rate: straight truck or tractor trailer service, call office for rates.
- Final Mile Solutions: contact office for solutions to any of your final mile needs.
Notes:
- All Overnights must be called in before 3pm
- All Services Directly Correlate with a 9 to 5 Business Day
- After Hours Rates: 1 Hour Rate x2 (out of town rates do not apply here)
No Fuel Surcharges!
We will never add a fuel surcharge to your shipment, unlike our competitors.

When order is placed by phone, fax or email it is agreed to and understood that Durham-Metro Courier shall not be liable for lost or damaged goods exceeding $50 unless insured at a higher value. Please be advised that weather conditions, heavy traffic, etc., could cause unavoidable delays in our services, therefore service times cannot be guaranteed.
Any insurance claims for lost or damaged goods are subject to an investigation to determine fault. If fault cannot be proven to be our responsibility, claim cannot be granted.
Also, if you have a tender for delivery, you must tell us in advance and place the order on a 1 hour service and insure it well in advance of the due time to prevent any complications. We will inform you at that time of availability.
